Original Waffle Flour - Batter preparation

"CREPE Mix"

Ingredients:

1.7 ltr Water
1 bag (1.36kg) Carbon's® Golden Malted® "Crepe Mix"

Preparation:

Put 1 bag of Crepe mix in a mixer bowl,
add the water and mix well.
Let stand for 15 minutes and mix again on high speed until the batter is smooth.
Cook the crepes on a Crepe machine or shallow pan at about 180 - 200°C.
