Original Waffle Flour - Batter preparation

"ORIGINAL" Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 ltr Water
1 ltr Fresh milk
8 Eggs
1 bag (1.7kg) Carbon's® Golden Malted® "ORIGINAL" Pancake & Waffle Flour
200 gr Melted butter or butter substitute

Preparation:

Beat the eggs in a large bowl until creamy.
Add the milk and the water and mix.
Add 1 bag Carbon's® Golden Malted® "ORIGINAL" Pancake & Waffle Flour and mix well until the batter is smooth.
Add the melted butter and mix again.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Cook the pancakes on a flat griddle or a shallow pan.

Pancake Flour

"COMPLETE" Just Add Water Pancakes

Ingredients:

2.5 ltr Water
1 bag (1.7kg) Carbon's® Golden Malted® "COMPLETE" Pancake & Waffle Flour
200 gr Melted butter or butter substitute (optional)

Preparation:

Mix the water with the Pancake Flour until it's smooth.
Add the maelted butter and mix again (optional).
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Cook the pancakes on a flat griddle or a shallow pan.
