Original Waffle Flour - Batter preparation

"Original" Pancake & Waffle Flour

Ingredients:

12 Eggs
2 ltr Water
1 bag (1.7kg) Carbon's "Original" Pancake & waffle Flour
450ml melted butter or butter substitute.

Preparation:

In a big bowl, beat the eggs then add the water and mix well. Then add the Waffle Flour and mix well until the batter is smooth. Finally, add the melted butter and mix well.
Let stand for at least 10 min. before cooking. Makes about 27 - 30 waffles.

 

For a smaller batch:

3 Eggs
3 cups (425gr) Carbon's "Original" Pancake & waffle Flour
2 1/3 cups (500 ml) Water
1/2 cup (100ml) melted Butter ir Butter substitute

Complete Waffle Flour Preparation

"Complete"Pancake & Waffle Flour

Preparation:

Mix 1 bag (2.27kg) of Carbon's "Complete" Pancake & Waffle Flour
with 2.85ltr water, until the batter is smooth.
Then add one sachet (450ml) of melted butter or butter substitute and mix.
Makes about 30 waffles.

 

For a smaller batch:

3 cups Carbon's "Complete" Pancake & Waffle Flour
3 cups Water
1/2 cup melted Butter or Butter substitute
